VO2 Max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in and use during exercise. It is the gold-standard measure of aerobic capacity. A high VO2 Max is important for successful athletic performance in endurance events and a VO2 Max test allows athletes to accurately guage their endurance level. The test is perfomed on a treadmill or Wattbike. Data collected: VO2 Max, Maximum heart rate. Training zone (based on heart rate)
