Detailed Description

This test combines a lactate threshold test and VO2 Max test to provide a comprehensive insight into your endurance capacity. Data collected: Lactate threshold (LT1), Lactate turnpoint (LT2), Training zones, VO2 Max, Maximum heart rate.
