Fridays, 12.15-1.00pm from 4 October to 13 December 2024. The class will take place at Garstang Arts Centre. Please note that the class will NOT run on 25 October and 22 November 2024.

To register for this class you must be a member of the Garstang Arts Centre. If you are not currently a member of the Arts Centre and would like to join the classes,  you can become a member of the Arts Centre until 31 December 2024 for a reduced fee. In addition to the membership fee to Garstang Arts Centre, there is an additional fee of £3 per week for the Tai Chi class. This fee is paid to Lancaster University Confucius Institute to help cover the costs for the class.

There are public buses available between Lancaster University and Garstang. Please check the Stagecoach website or APP for further information.
