If you came to Lancaster for one term or a full-year, you can order additional copies of your official transcript from your time here. The cost is £5 per transcript which includes standard UK Royal Mail delivery. You can order multiple transcripts to multiple addresses which must be stated in the order.

Detailed Description

Please note that digital transcripts for students that studied abroad at Lancaster University are available free of charge. Please email the Study Abroad Office at [email protected] to request a free digital copy. If you would like a physical copy, please proceed to the order form.

This service is not for international students that studied at Lancaster University or one of our partner campuses for their full degree and are looking for a degree certificate.

We do not produce transcripts for Foundation/International Study Centre students.

Please place your transcript order at least 4 weeks in advance of when you actually need it to ensure it reaches you in good time. It can take up to 14 days for your transcript(s) to be produced and then an additional 14 days for your transcript(s) to arrive by post, depending on your country’s internal postal system.
