A 9 week Chinese course for students, staff and general public from week beginning 14 October to week beginning 9 December 2024.    

Mondays from 6.15pm to 7.45pm Online.

For those who have learned around 200 Chinese words. Participants will learn a further 200 words around various topics (asking directions, buying airplane tickets, booking a hotel room, briefly introducing hobbies, seeing a doctor, briefly talking about the weather). The beginner level classes use the Discover China book 1 textbook, units 4-6. To make progress during the course you will need to allocate at least 3 hours per week for revision of each class and learning characters.
