Detailed Description
This full day excursion allows you to visit three popular towns within the Lake District Ambleside, Windermere and Grasmere, for just £15. Pick ups available from Lancaster City Centre and Campus.
Schedule:
08:15– Pick up from Lancaster town centre, White Cross bus stop, South Road LA1.
08:25 - Pick up from Campus (Chaplaincy Centre).
08:30 – Leave campus and travel to Ambleside.
09:30 – Arrive in Ambleside. You will then have over 2 hours to explore.
11:45 – Return to coach.
12.00 - Leave Ambleside to travel to Windermere.
12.30 - Arrive in Windermere. You will have over 2 hours to explore.
14.45 - Return to coach.
15.00 - Leave Windermere to travel to Grasmere.
15.45 - Arrive in Grasmere. You will have 2 hours to explore.
17.45 - Return to coach.
18.00 - Leave Grasmere to return to campus.
19.00 - Arrive back on campus (approximate timings).
19.15 - Drop off at Lancaster town centre, White Cross bus stop, South Road LA1 (approximate timings).
