In this course we provide a clear introduction to the principles of solution focused brief therapy and how it can be used as part of practice. Solution focused therapy techniques are commonly used as part of clinical psychology and psychological therapy within mental and physical health settings, and provide a method of working, that is not restricted to use within a formal therapy context.
